How commissions work
1. The conversation
We start with a consultation — in-person at the atelier or by video. You share the occasion; we share design direction and fabric options.
2. Design + quote
Within 48 hours you receive a written design proposal with sketches and a fixed price. Nothing is cut until you approve.
3. Fittings
Two fittings are included on every bespoke order — initial fit check and final adjustments before delivery.
4. Delivery + alterations
Piece is delivered in our signature garment bag. Lifetime alterations come included — bring it back anytime.
